Around the studio: The sad news, the ironing board broke. The good news, now i can use the ironing board in a sculpture…so enjoy this early moment of its transformation, still wet. I can't stop looking down and into my sculptures. Here's a view of densely packed yarn tassel skirts, looking down through a hanging work in progress. A sneak peak of a wall based artwork integrating some of the greatest hits of fiber art processes that will be part of a installation later this summer in Long Beach. The studio is becoming an abundant and colorful space again this summer with so much time freed up to work on art.
