finals

i didnt think i'd be doing final projects in grad school, but here i am caught between christmas and critiques, trying to stay on task. i'm working on something for a final that combines the previous projects of one of my courses in a way that pushes me outside of my ordinary way of working to see what i can learn through limitations about the particular way i go about making objects. i have a list of rules for the project, the most difficult one being absolutely no found objects (such as chairs or shoes or vacuums). i have allowed myself access to only the materials and processes of previous projects in the same course to create a final project that transcends the world of projects which inform it.
